Wallpaper…GONE…Painted Benjamin Moore’s “Jersey Cream”

Ripped out the dropped ceiling. Found beams. Yay! Installed bead board and a wood “frame” of sorts, stained.

Removed awkward “chair rail”.

Ripped out carpeting, installed new carpeting.
