Ignore the messy bits, still cleaning up and putting the room back together…
WAIT. Let’s start with a BEFORE shot…hold your stomach.

Now here’s the Afters…again…ignore the messy bits…

Painted floor. Goodbye faux brick linoleum!
New countertops. Goodbye super fug faux green marble countertops!
New gas cooktop. Goodbye electric!
New windows! Look! Natural Frikken Light!
New backsplash. Love the dark yellow beadboard.
New ceiling lights. Four new recessed lights AND the yellow faux bamboo chandelier.
New ceiling in the breakfast nook/laundry area. Gained several feet in height.
White ceiling! Goodbye ugly dark beams.

Yes, that is a baguette on the mantle. I needed a snack.

Williams Sonoma Tablecloth? Huh. Looked more like a curtain to me. HeeHeeHee.

Particularly proud of my 25cent pull backs…

Custom valances I got on Ebay. I think it’s Pierre Deux fabric. I can’t remember.

If you like these colors…I’ll strike a deal with you…we have 6 cans out in the garage that didn’t even get opened. What’s, that about $28 a gallon and unreturnable cause it’s tinted?

I just punched my niece in the arm.

You have a very happy kitchen. Great yellows! I use left over paint for art and craft projects. Also good for a yard sale.
