Anyone know what this thing (pictured above) is? I assume it’s a marker from a land surveyer. Anyone? Anyone? Found it in the backyard. It says “Santo Westerlo” on it. I google’d it but came up with nothing.

That is a survey mark. Probably one of the corners. You will probably find more of them. If you have a printed out survey, they should be marked on there (I think that is their purpose, to provide permenant reference points). Don’t remove it!!! (but you can take of the ribbon)
