Sorry I’ve been so quiet.

Sam got very sick when we were in Florida and we had to delay our return. When we got back to NY, he got even sicker. It’s been a rough 2 weeks.

Thankfully, he’s very much on the mend. He even got out of the house for a few hours yesterday.

I’m celebrating getting him back on his feet by making ganache tarts.

YUM!

Tomorrow I’ll go to the market and pick up some raspberries.

*my ganache secret…I don’t add vanilla.
